Great service! I have a diamond tennis bracelet that I needed to get fixed, but had a difficult time finding a reliable jeweler that has quality work, and reputable jeweler that I could leave my bracelet with.
I first tried another jeweler at Serramonte and two days later, the bracelet broke in another spot! I must say that I was very surprised that for the two weeks the other place had my bracelet, I was shocked that it was not fully checked!
I brought the same bracelet to Qoio last week and it was repaired, cleaned and checked in one week. They called me as soon as it was ready and they had a fair price as well. While I was in there I was pleasantly surprised that they have a variety of jewelry, fine loose gemstone and timepiece selections. You really need to go to Qoio if you demand quality on the first try. I wish I had gone to them from the beginning. They are my jeweler of choice for repair and gifts for all occasions!
