I was experiencing plumbing problems in my house and called Austin Plumbing. They didn’t immediately try to force me into setting up an appointment. Instead, they asked questions about the problem we were having and tried to troubleshoot with me, giving a few ideas that might fix it easily.
After spending at least 10 minutes on the phone, they realized that the problem was bigger than something that I could fix on my own, so we set up a time for them to come to our house. The plumber arrived exactly when they said they would, he definitely knew what he was doing, and he seemed very motivated to do a good job.
