Good: Excellent location, great variety of games in stock, great gaming space. Community of gamers who plays here is excellent.. Bad: The staff can be surly and unhelpful. In addition, they enforce arbitrary restrictions on their online forums that exclude legitimate and constructive criticism.. Improvements: Better customers service, better attitude (only applies to some of the staff).. Other: It's a great place, besides what I commented on above. We have a dispute where they banned me for what they considered "inappropriate conduct" on their forums, when all I did was complain once that an event was too crowded. If they reverse that ban, I would gladly revise this review. But they have refused to discuss this..
