As luck would have it our Washer quit the day before Thanksgiving so instead of looking for Black Friday deals on fun stuff we scoured the papers for deals on washing machines! Up at dawn and off to Home Depot we did not expect much in the way of a good experience, we could not have been more surprised (and completely impressed) by how nice and friendly EVERYONE was! Not because they had to be, it was genuine and the entire staff was so happy! We got our washer and much more and were taken care of at the register by a Manager named Steven who was simply a joy to work with, he patiently answered all our dumb questions and explained everything we needed to know. we even returned later that day and it was also an amazingly fun shopping trek! Another Manager, Jessica was able to meet our needs quickly and with a wonderful attitude. I must admit that we used to go to lowes, HOWEVER there isnt a home improvement dollar that we will ever spend anywhere but The Home Depot on Hospitality! :)
