Lai Lai has pretty good customer services. Their rate is very good too. Their owner - Janet Lai is very friendly and she searched the rate for you very carefully. I have dealt with her for several years. I even introduce my friends to her. Everybody likes her. Her specialty is trans-pacific airline tickets, especially to Taiwan. I once bought tickets for my family for around $500 each from Dallas to Taiwan for end of May travel. I was very happy with the prices. The rounte she suggested was very good to. We did not need to wait too long. A good travel agent that I will recommend.
