Taiwan Cafe is more or less considering as a fast food for Chinese food. The food is precooked. You go over and pick 3-4 different kind of dishes. The server scooped a portion into your tray which has several different small compartment. You get to serve yourself your own water and soup. The food is ok. But they need to improve their services. One time I took my 7 year old to eat. I only ordered one for myself and my son to share. When I asked for an additional bowl for my son, she did not approve. She did give us a bowl but then she continue to lecture us of not drinking the soup when you are not paying. Not a very pleasant experience. Now the only time I eat in this restaurant is to go so I don't have to get lecture for something we did not do.
