Jeng Chi is specialized at anything made by flour -- noodle, dumpling, bread, steam bum etc. They are pretty good at those dishes. We always go there to eat their noodle soup. We love their Steam dumpling too. Prices are average . Their Chinese bread is a bit on the high side but it is fresh which mean they are right out of oven that morning or that afternoon. The restaurant is very plain. Not much decoration. Just plain round table and chair. But my kids like their food and we go there occasionally.
