Our first experience happended when our A/C stopped working on a Friday night. They were there, had the part on the truck and had it fixed in an hour and a half. Our second experience was when we added on a workshop for my hobby cars. Crums Climate Control designed and installed the AC for the addition. We are very happy with their serice and we average a $100/month electric bill for a 2400 sq. ft. home.
