Excellent Service after a terrible experience with del air (botched install, giving me the run around, asking for more money to fix their mistakes) I called crums and they were able to fit me in that day. the techs were very friendly and were able to explain what was wrong and how they would fix it. their fee was very modest and they even threw in a thermostat upgrade for free. I wish I had purchased my air conditioner from them to begin with, I would have saved a lot of time and trouble. I will definitely be recommending crums to all my friends.
