It's been awhile since I've been there; and actually it wasn't my business, it was my boyfriend's.
One of his sister's in Germany sent a video to their nephew here in Florida and the tape wouldn't play in our standard VHS players so they had to take the tape to get converted. I don't remember how long it took for the conversion, and I think it cost about $40, but the quality was good. You couldn't tell it was a copy. (Not that I understood the movie anyway--it was in German!)
They offer a bunch of other services like putting stuff onto DVD's as well. I don't think we'll need their service again soon, but I wouldn't mind going back.
