I may be biased since she's my mom, but she's done work for my friends and she takes good care of them. She works on her schedule as well as yours; if you need a rush job, she'll get it done.
She's honest in her opinion of your clothes--the material, the fit, as well as the quality. If she doesn't think it's worth fixing, she'll let you know. She's actually refused work because of her exacting standards.
