Aquavit is a Scandanavian liquor. I did not have the drink but ate as much food as I could. The chef is Marcus Samuelson. He is extremely talented. I was there for lunch and ordered from the Prix Fixe lunch menu, which was $29. This consisted of a 3 course meal. The sea scallop with sea urchin risotto was unbelievable. The sea bass also just as good. I wish I could have seafood like that all the time.
