I see my family is not alone in our profound disappointment with Viking Fence. I just wish we would have searched these reviews ahead of time.
Instead, we find ourselves amidst a four month installation delay. Although this regretful delay is fairly understandable due to a supplier change, we have received absolutely NO phone calls from Viking Fence!!! Any time we wanted a status update, we made the phone calls.
The worst about all of this is that the company continues to shift the blame. It's not their fault -- it's the supplier. Period. I guess this is their company line. Even after we brought it to their attention that we have received no notifications, they continue to shrug their shoulders. Again, not their fault.
Save your sanity. And save your money. Go somewhere else.
