Good: Betty, their laser technician, is AMAZING. Her knowledge of my condition and recommendations for treatment was so helpful and comforting. We started treatment the same day I went in for my consultation which saved me time and made me feel like i wasn't being rushed out the door to get another patient in. I need a few more treatments to take care of my acne scars, but as soon as I am done with that I plan on have laser hair removal.. Bad: Everything was great.. Improvements: None.
