CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO GOOD AT ALL 9/30/2009

Good: NOT MUCH, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF, BUT WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY BLAME YOU.. Bad: WELL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE HAD A WARRANTY PROBLEM WITH A CRACK ON A REPLACEMENT FENDER GUITAR, THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT TILL I CALLED FENDER, THEN FENDER CALLED THEM. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER ONE IN AN OPENED BOX AND THAT HAD A BIG SCRATCH ON IT..I WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND THE OTHER ONE BACK, BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE ANYTHING NOW..I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT ON THE GUITAR,, THEY SAID I WOULD GET $60 THEN THEY ONLY REFUNDED ME $50, THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY TRY TO CHARGE MY CARD TO TAKE IT BACK!. Improvements: SELL THE STORE AND GET RID OF DICK THE OWNER AND HIS SIDE KICK... Other: IT'S SIMPLE THEY SUCK, AND I AM NO KID I AM 49 YEARS OLD..AND I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY THERE AND THIS WAS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM... more
