There is a new nail salon open near Arundel Mills. The decor is a bit more elegant than your typical strip mall salon. Service was prompt and the salon was very clean. Employees were quite friendly.
There were bottles of wines to be shared with guests, but as it was 10 in the morning - no one was drinking! You can also get a 20 minute shoulder, neck massage while getting a manicure for only $15.
