Last winter, I one of my pipes froze over, cracked, and leaked in the basement, causing puddles of unmonitored standing water. Thankfully, it was just too cold for mold to grow, but the water still caused a bit of damage to the carpets. This company was recommended to me by a coworker, and I found them to be sufficient for my need. I am passing on the recommendation.
