This hotel has a convenient location and a beautiful setting. It is in a secluding setting right outside of Hawley and a walking distance to town if desired. It is set with a backdrop of a pretty waterfall and stone walls. The rooms are clean and modern however the hotel itself has a pleasant old fashioned feel. This is probably because it was built in the 1800's. The rates are slightly higher than the others in the area at around $100 a night, but it is the type of place you would want to go for a romantic stay rather than a family vacation. There is a restaurant on site. There are a lot of neat rooms in this hotel to explore, especially a relaxing sitting room near the front desk where you can really feel the hotel's history.
