Cha-Cha-Cha is located in the Sand Creek shopping plaza right across from the large Raley's grocery store. They make the best Mexican food I know of in the area. It's a small restaurant with just a few tables and chairs. Their decor is okay. It is informal where you order your food from the counter. I think most of their customers order take-out because of the limited seating.
