I was disappointed with the last service that I recieved. The technician arrived a week after the scheduled Appointment. I feel I was overcharged for the work performed according to pricing on invoice that was stuck in my mailbox. I called the day after service and spoke to a person who said someone would get back to me. No one did
I called again after I got another invoice with the same amount. The young man I spoke with did lower the price to the "more" correct amount for the work that was done, but he kept calling it a discount. I told him that it was no discount, but the proper price for the work done. Then I asked if I could use the coupons. He said I already got a discount. I was never quoted a price for the work. I was charged for inside work that wasn't performed and I believed overcharged for gutter cleaning according to the prices on the invoice
