Your technician was prompt, but advised that we had the wrong Moen faucet ( $65.00 Home Depot ) assembly for the kitchen sink. Instead of quoting me the same series with the correct spray hose mounting, which Home Depot had, he tried to up charge me for a faucet assembly 4 times the amount ( which was his low bid ), plus charging $ 400.00/Hr. to install. I feel this is a tactic to take advantage of people on the spot. I was charge a diagnostic fee which was just the 3 up-charged quotes that he emailed me, which I would request that you credit back. I called a well known competitor in Marin who came and installed the same Moen unit for a total of $ 185.00 total ( their hourly rate ). You should look at the quotes your technician emailed me ( the highest was $1400.00+. I hope you will consider doing the right thing and crediting back the so called diagnostic charge.
