In need of clearing a clogged sink drain, I called PLP and was able to book an appointment at a date and time that worked best for me. The plumber profile was provided in advance and I also received a call in advance notifying me of his ETA. Diego assessed the problem and provided the issues that he may encounter and options he felt applied. I appreciate his depth of knowledge and the quick resolution that resulted.
