my vehicle was brought into the Palatine location on 6/21/18 for an inspection to determine the cause of unusual tread ware...there was a total breakdown of communication causing unnecessary work to be done. Amy Casey was contacted by me to discuss my version of the events that happened on 8/10/18. Amy resolved my concerns thru a partial refund. Amy was professional, listened to me with no interruption, showing me she cares about the family business. Amy went over and above by taking the time to come out in person. I will now use Casey Automotive again in the future, just not at Palatine location. I can not put my trust in that location. My 45 yrs of automotive experience tells me so.
