I do not know if I'll renew a plan, July 19. While the monthly rate has decreased, so have the benefits, as indicated by the latest billing. I am investigating other plumbing companies and their plans.

I hope you decide to stay with Benjamin Franklin, as I am sure you are aware we are available 24/7 and strive to give exemplary service. The maintenance plan that we are no longer offering was with a third party company. As of June this year the prerequisites for covered claims have changed and they are making it more difficult to cover claims that they had previously granted to our customers. By offering Ben Society we have complete control over the process. Ben Society offers 15% off all services including installations where as the other company offered 15% off select services limited to clogs and leaks.
