We were happy in every way. They took care to display the 2 pieces of granite for us; Debbie helped in our many phone calls (including accommodating us when we had to reschedule our template when our vanity didn't arrive on time); Jerry helping us in person with the granite overlay; and the template and install crew were on time and did a great job!
