I have no problem with the service or technician. Did a wonderful work. Felt sorry for the fact that he had to be in the attic with over 100 degree temperature. However, I believe your labor charge is outrages. 2 men for 2 hours, 1 man for 2 1/2 hours, labor charge $860.50. Approx $200.00 per hour, for a part that is under warranty. Our new unit was put in 2 1/2 years ago, then broke down. Very unhappy with the Goodman Mfg merchandise. Would not recommend it to anyone.
