Had a catastrophic leak in the main water line to home. Mike was dispatched to take assessment. Water was leaking one gallon per minute. As devastating the news was, Mike was sympathetic and offered my two choices. Either fix it or don't. Mike scheduled next day service and brought Chris with him for backup. They jumped in without hesitation, four long long 9 hour days in 100+ heat. After much physical labor, the job was completed with a new main line installed. Relief. Thank you Mike & Chris for not running away and a job WELL DONE.
