Service tech was knowledgeable and polite. His quote of $400.00 to replace the temp control spindle on my shower was way out of line. I refused the service and paid him the $56.00 fee. I ordered the spindle on Amazon for $26.00 and put it in myself. My total time spent on the project was 35 minutes.
