Tech came out and worked on the furnace. At first he thought it was an issue with the gas valve, but ended up being an issue with a pump. Tech spent 4 hours working on the issue. 2 of the hours was spent trying to fix the gas valve. But they only charged me for 2 hours since the other 2 hours were spent working on a non-issue.
