The management, oversight, quality control, and lack of interest in the day to day scope of work was horrible. If I was not on site I cannot imagine what the final result would have been.
When it comes to collecting money though - Ben Franklin could not have been more prompt or communicative. I do not recommend utilizing BF as a contractor - they don’t follow up with the customer. I bet they have no idea what the end result is or that I am actually repairing the defects right now myself.

IF I wanted to complete it in that amount of time I would have half assed done it myself at my speed and saved time and a whole lot of money.
The sub contractor cares a lot. The issue was a mistake was made with the initial framing and we’ve been paying the price fir that error ever since. The sub will fix it and make it right but BF oversight and qualitu control should have caught the error had they been caring enough to follow up on the job every now and then. I would hire the sub again knowing what I know about his personal care for a job well done. BF only cares about overcharging and collecting.
