I was given a window of Noon to 4:00 PM. At 4:00, I had not heard from anyone, so I called. As I was being told that I was on the schedule and should be hearing from the plumber, the plumber called me at about 4:05, according to my phone, to tell me he was on his way. He arrived at 4:27. It would have been nice to know a little earlier that he was running a little late, so I could have run some errands.
