The plumber was good once he arrived. It took 3 days and several calls to their answering service to get him here. I was promised help between 12 and 3 on the second day. They called at 3 and said they were running late. I WAITED UNTIL 7 PM for their arrival. Then began several calls to the answering service. Finally, about 9pm the service (Who were embarrassed for the inaction of their client) said thst someone would call me in the morning. They did call just after 8am on the 3rd day and schefuled sn appointment between 2 and 4pm. The.plumber did arrive about 3 :15pm and promptly keyed in data to his ipad without even looking at the problem. He quoted me a $211.00 price. He then proceeded to remove the toilet from the floor and re-assessed the problem and said it wasn't as bad as he thought and that my bill would probably be less. ( He might have known that sooner if he had researched the problem before issuing his price quote.) Anyway, he fixed the problem and was finished in 30 minutes. He did a good job as far as I was able to determine. He re-calculated his first estimate and my bill was now $99.82. I thought that was a fair price. I do wish that management would have been more upfront with me on arrival day and time as I lost almost two days waiting for a 30 minute job.
