We placed a call for emergency service in the late afternoon of December 21st. The technician was at our home within an hour and stayed until he found the problem and did a temporary fix. On the morning of December 22nd, another technician came to assess the problem so we could be given an estimate. This all happened that same morning. Because of the Christmas holiday, we could not have the final work done until Tuesday, December 26th. The crew was at our home at 9:00 a.m., as promised and the work was finished sooner than expected. Everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond so we wouldn't be without water over the holiday. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to others!
