When you quote a price and a time frame about 4 hours I would expect the job to take theffect quoted fee would be applicable. But if it only takes one eighth of the time that was quoted up front I would expect the cost of the job to be prorated as well. You do not have an itemized breakdown of the work that's going to be done you don't list anything that shows what to expect in the time frame and charge for each required portion of the job. If you have that it would be more acceptable the fee would be more acceptable but like I said it only took one eighth of the time that was quoted to do the job and yet no prorations on the cost was applied.
