They push customers off like they are not a priority. Marvs rescheduleds appointments and does not let customers know. Called several times and was on hold only to be transferred to voicemail. The call center is a joke no one has a clue what is going on you get transferred from one person to next. Besty and Jeremy have been wonderful through this insanity and are the only ones that seem to have the ability to resolve issues. Once you can get a technician out the service is great, but arriving at that point is almost impossible. Please work to resolve these issues in the company.
