I had a terrible experience with Alaskan Home Services, the whole five years was terrible. I bought a contract with the company and initially, the sales guy comes out trying to sell me all kinds of stuff I didn't need. I could have gotten over that, but every single time they come out they try to upsell you. They were always trying to sell me on something I didn't need or want. The guys were always late. I don't think they ever checked their schedule. I would make appointments and they wouldn't show up on time, or would even show up on the wrong day. Every time you had someone different who came out, there was no consistency at all. Getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare. I would tell other people not to use them.
