The technician I worked with was fabulous. The cost of the work performed, however, was quite high, and the management there was unable to figure out a solution. I was having a leakage issue with the bathtub in my basement, and while the problem was managed, it wasn't completely resolved. I'm not sure how the on-site technician could have done better. I think the manager there, who is a professional in this field, should have figured out a way to fix the issue. I did call them back a second time because the technician I worked with, not the manager, was very good company. He was pleasant and helpful, and he was only following orders from management.
