The office is extremely rude. They do not reply to emails. They entered my apartment illegally to leave a mailbox key and did not even let me know. I have a 3lb dog and I dont want strangers in who could let her out or step on her. Then i contacted corporate and finally got a call from the leasing manager and she didn't hang up the phone and I could hear her and another associate complaining and making fun of me. So unprofessional. \r

My car was broken into about 2 weeks ago I let management know and once again got no response.\r

Pool was open a whopping 3 weeks this summer and no credits were given to residents for loss of amenities. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
