Their technician did a good job. He arrived to the appointment I set in a timely manner, and he was able to explain everything very well. He performed diagnostic services on our air conditioning unit, and I think the price was a little high for what the service was. However, he did a thorough job, and he did give us a few helpful suggestions. I am waiting on a followup appointment to complete the repair work, but I'm happy with their service overall.
