I'm happy with Rightway. Prior to installing a new furnace and air conditioner, they were out here numerous times to attempt to get the old unit to operate. In the end, the unit was beyond hope. The new unit is working very well. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their trade. Should one be thinking about installing an add-on to the furnace, they are honest what will work and not work. So I am very pleased.
