I was taken the day after I called.... the young lady at the front desk is cordial and very accommodating, even solving a problem with getting our brother in law's car back to him by calling and settling his bill over the phone so my wife could drive it home for him! THEN, my car was done 2 minutes later, so we both left at the SAME time!
