I originally started seeing Dr. Russ because I was suffering from a stiff neck due to hunching over while doing homework and working with an iPad at work. This pain made it uncomfortable to sit straight and to even sleep comfortably. I have been seeing Dr. Russ for a few months now and I rarely suffer from my neck pain. Also, I have become more aware of any tightness within my body. As an added benefit from the chiropractic work, I found that my entire lower back does not get sore like it used to. It is good to be aware of one's own body. A happy spine and neck equal a happy life.
