I was very apprehensive about my visit, I tried without success to cancel, But I'm so glad I went through with the appointment! The staff was kind and non judgmental, and was very patient with me:) I was concerned about being up sold treatments or items I didn't necessarily need, but this wasn't my experience! I had read online reviews of Aspen Dental and some clinics around the country not being very clear with their billing, but this Cordova, TN office gave me a itemized bill showing my anticipated insurance contributions and my expected contribution!
Before any work was done the financial obligations were explained to me, and I was able to decide which procedure to have that day and which I could postpone til I was comfortable. I would recommend that you visit and check out if they can assist you with your Dental needs.
