Repeatedly asked to not deliver to our house 1st thing in the morning because we work late. Every freaking time, 8:00am ringing our bell, dogs barking, I'm up, I'm angry, and can't go back to sleep. I gave them 3 chances to get it right, and they refused to keep their word. Worst customer service I've experienced. If you wisely choose to end your service with them, it takes about an hour and lots off annoying questions before they ALLOW you to leave.There are other water services in the KC area. Do yourself a favor and skip Hinckley Springs.
