The MDs and staff are always wonderful and make our family comfortable. When I have to visit the financial team to talk about coverages and such it has always been an uncomfortable experience. I feel that this process should be less judgemental and easier to ask questions about coverages. I lose trust in the practice at this point in my visit and that should not be the case. I have not proceeded with care at times because I don't trust the information or costs I am provided with during that consultation. It should be more transparent. I many times am made to feel like take it or leave it and that's how it is.
