I hired Cosmopolitan Carpet & Rug Cleaning to clean one room. They have a minimum policy about their fees, and so the rate they gave me for the one room seemed more suited to cleaning rates for three rooms. They did give me a little bit of a discount, but it still seemed high. However, their customer service was great, and the cleaning technicians were professional, arrived on time, and explained the process to me clearly. They were good, but there were a few spots they couldn't get off the carpet.

I understand that some of the stains did not come out with cleaning as some stains require additional treatment.
