In the last two years I've been going to Aspen Dental, Ive always liked the Doctor and Hygenist.
My problem has always been with the checking out process and until my most recent visit, no one had ever put too much emphasis on fixing the problem I had. On this particular visit on 2/14/17, There was a new young lady who was super nice and very helpful. She called my insurance co and was told how to update my info on the computer so I would not be overcharged as in the past, by $55.00 every time. I was adamant about fixing the issue and she didn't stop until it was settle. I was very impressed with her and the way she handled the situation. I wish I had gotten her name.
I was on the brink of finding a new dentist until this visit.
This young lady deserves recognition and I really appreciate her willingness to help me.
I hope you know, it's not just the Dentist and Hygenist that keep people coming back, but also the attitude of the entire staff.
Kudos to this young lady!!!
