Went in for a check up and cleaning. Had an absolutely amazing experience! The assistant taking my X-rays (I think her name was Meghan) worked quickly and didn't make me gag (X-rays are my least favorite part of any trip to the dentist). She has them MASTERED! The hygienist, McKenzie, who cleaned my teeth was informative and professional. I had no idea there was such a thing as whitening too much! The doctor, Dr. Chandy (not sure if that's how you spell her name) was also super caring and knew her stuff! She walked me through each and every X-ray showing me work from previous dentists and explained how she could fix a slight space between two of my back teeth that have really been bothering me because I have to floss that area 5 times a day… I even enjoyed talking with Jade, the office manager, about finances. She broke down everything for me financially. She let me know how much insurance would cover and what my portion would be. To sum this all up, 5 out of 5 stars from the front of the office to the back! Would recommend to everyone looking for a second opinion or a new dental home!
