Was hard to get on schedule with company, and after getting on schedule, technician came out and evaluated the problem. At that time, I was told that he had to order the part and the next technician would be back to install and service the water heater. The water heater had to also be brought up to standards. I was told all of this, the price and yet when the next technician came out he told us he had to order other parts. I am about 2 week into not having hot water and not happy.
