My stove was "mickey moused" (hardwired) to the wall and blew the main breaker. I panicked and called the MES to help put a 4 prong plug in the wall so I could hook up my new stove. They were super polite and patient with me since I had to get approval from my landlord that lived out of state. A few back and forth calls later, an emergency electrician would be by my house between 7 and 9 pm. I didn't pay attention to the time when he arrived but once I got my new stove hooked up to the new plug and set the time it was 7:30pm!! I was so impressed with the service, he even offered to help me carry my new stove in the house!
